Keyshia Cole Received Fake Divorce Papers

Boobie says, “I believe in ’til death do us part,” and he’s planning to press charges against the impostor.

Daniel “Boobie” Gibson did not fire first in his separation from Keyshia Cole, the NBA player clarified. If it were up to him, he would never file for divorce.

“She would have to do it. I am a Christian. I believe in ’til death do us part,'” he told TMZ.

Apparently someone doctored up some divorce papers, citing irreconcilable differences and listing Boobie as his own attorney. Plus, it turns out the address connected to the phone number listed for Boobie actually belongs to an El Pollo Loco.

He told TMZ that he plans to press charges against the impostor.

Meanwhile, Keyshia told the site that she’s still at the point of no return.

Inside the crumbling marriage of Jay Z and Beyoncé

Inside the crumbling marriage of Jay Z and Beyoncé

They are one of the most famous couples on Earth, yet intensely private — rarely allowing a glimpse of anything but the picture of a marriage and partnership that is constantly, blissfully happy. But a source who has been close to Beyoncé and Jay Z for years tells The Post that all is not well — and hasn’t been for quite some time. This is the first peek behind the firewall that is Beyoncé and Jay Z Inc. — what drew them together, why they’re headed for a split and why love was never the thing that held them together.

IT WAS A MASTER STROKE OF MARKETING: SHE GAVE HIM CLASS, HE GAVE HER CRED.

“There’s still something there, even though it’s not going to last,” says the source. “Business is always part of the equation. They know they’re the king and queen of hip-hop — and really, all of music. Neither wants to lose that.” Their current “On the Run” tour is predicted to gross $100 million, according to Forbes — which also ranked Beyoncé the world’s most powerful celebrity of 2014, with Jay Z ranked sixth. Billboard ranked the couple No. 1 on their February 2014 Power 100 list. Their combined net worth, according the International Business Times, is nearly $1 billion.

But in the weeks since Beyoncé’s sisterSolange was caught attacking Jay Z in a hotel elevator after the Met Gala, the couple’s tightly controlled image has been crumbling. And while they’ve been pushing back, kissing on stage and playing happy family on Instagram, the source says Jay and Bey are permanently broken, and that both are at fault. “Knowing them as I do, obviously there’s a little something to certain rumors,” the source says. “When your man or your woman isn’t getting it done for you, and I’m talking emotionally, not necessarily sexually … they keep things quiet.” Not for much longer.

‘They’re the only sharks’

When Jay Z and Beyoncé first got together in 1999, she was a star but a sheltered one. At 19, she still lived with her parents in Houston — dad Matthew, who quit his job at Xerox to manage her career with Destiny’s Child, and mom Tina, who became the group’s stylist. She hinted at being a virgin, and it’s reported that she left school at 14. Jay Z, then 30, had emerged from the Brooklyn projects as a hip-hop powerhouse. Having released his critically acclaimed debut “Reasonable Doubt” in 1996, he had a breakthrough commercial smash with 1998’s “Vol. 2 … Hard Knock Life.” A year later, Jay Z was arrested for allegedly stabbing producer Lance “Un” Rivera in a dispute over bootlegging; Jay pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and walked away with three years’ probation. Jay Z and Beyoncé have always been circumspect about the beginnings of their romance, even as they stoked intrigue with their collaborations.

After breaking with Destiny’s Child, Beyoncé’s next project was a duet with Jay on his “’03 Bonnie and Clyde,” and in the video, they played a hip-hop version of the outlaw couple. When Beyoncé released her first solo album, 2003’s “Dangerously in Love,” Jay appeared on two tracks — including the first single and video for “Crazy in Love.”

It was a master stroke of marketing: She gave him class, he gave her cred. Jay Z was infatuated with Beyoncé, says the source, but the bottom line was business; he knew he could do big things for her, and together they could be a juggernaut. For Beyoncé, however, it was a slower burn. According to an interview with the website Celebuzz, her uncle Larry Beyince said that initially his niece had no interest. “He was after her and she wasn’t,” Beyince said. “She told me she wasn’t too fond of him … I guess she wasn’t attracted to him.”

The source says Beyoncé was most interested in Jay’s mind. “Jay’s a kingmaker; she recognized that. This was a come-up for her, no question. She had to learn the ropes as presented by Jay — but really, this was mostly about business.” As for dating others, he says, “they each had guilty pleasures.” The source believes that, along the way, she did really fall for Jay Z, and her parents, who had groomed Beyoncé to be a star from a very young age, were fine with it — for a time.

But Matthew Knowles — who was described by former Destiny’s Child member LaTavia Roberson as “a drill sergeant” who made the girls work hours a day, seven days a week — slowly found himself edged out of his daughter’s life and career by Jay Z. Beyoncé had gone from one man to another, never truly being on her own.

“There’s no bigger controller than Jay,” the source says. “She’s great, but she’d be a little lower on the totem pole if it weren’t for hooking up with him.” In terms of ambition, talent, business acumen and work ethic, Beyoncé and Jay Z were perfectly matched. “They are solid, solid business people who know what they’re doing,” says the source, with Jay the mastermind. Their image, joint and separate, is based on exclusivity and unavailability; everything from the drop date of an album (2013’s “Beyoncé,” with its surprise one-day onslaught of 14 tracks and 17 videos) to a baby (Blue Ivy, born on a cleared-out hospital floor in NYC) is shrouded in mystery. Instead of interviews, they post to Instagram or drop clues in their lyrics. Beyoncé herself has spent every single day since 2005 being trailed by her own personal camera crew, which documents each waking moment of her life.

In 2013, Beyoncé told GQ magazine that she stores the footage in a climate-controlled warehouse based on the NBC library. “I now know that yes, I am powerful,” she told GQ. “I’m more powerful than my mind can even digest and understand.” “They don’t subscribe to that ‘teach-a-person-to-fish’ thing,” says the source. “They’ll give you a fish once in a while, but they let everyone know that they’re the only sharks in the water. Jay hangs with some of the crew from [his company] Roc Nation, but he’s doing bigger things than even they can keep up with. And Beyoncé only really gives her sister Solange and [ex-Destiny’s Child members] Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams any real love. But even they can’t swing by without first getting clearance.”

And it can be hard to stay in touch — Beyoncé and Jay Z both change their cellphone numbers every two weeks. Even other celebrities aren’t immune to quality control. It’s not whom they hang out with, says the source — “it’s who hangs out with them.” According to the source, they shunned Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s wedding because it was too low-rent for the Jay Z/Beyoncé brand. “They are guarding like hell their status,” the source says. “Beyoncé wasn’t going to allow a Kardashian to socially climb her. And Jay didn’t want Kanye with Kim — he thinks it’s bad for business. I think Jay lost a little respect for Kanye there.”

‘Business first’

Over the past few months, says the source, Beyoncé has been losing respect for Jay Z and, ever on-brand, she’s been dropping hints. While performing “Resentment” during the couple’s June 28 show in Cincinnati, Beyoncé changed the lyrics from “Been ridin’ with you for six years” to “Been ridin’ with you for 12 years.” That would reference the year they became a couple.

“SOLANGE WAS LIKE, ‘ENOUGH IS ENOUGH — YOU MUST BE [SCREWING] RIHANNA.’

 – Solange, According To Source

And after the lyric “I gotta look at her in her eyes and see she’s had half of me,” Beyoncé tacked on the lines, “She ain’t even half of me/That bitch will never be.” Recent photos show that the “IV” tattooed on her ring finger — for her birthday, Jay’s birthday, and their wedding date — has been erased.

The source says the elevator fight after the Met Ball was really over Jay’s protégé Rihanna, whom he allegedly planned to meet later that night at his 40/40 club. “Solange was like, ‘Enough is enough — you must be [screwing] Rihanna,’” says the source. “To many people who know them, they know it’s not out of the realm of possibility.”

Today, the source says, it’s not whether they’ll split, but how they’ll split — adding that the only time Jay and Beyoncé are really together is on stage. They’re allegedly traveling with marriage counselors, but Jay — as he’s always done — spends much of his time on the phone, tending to business. “His phone’s constantly ringing,” says the source, “Jay trying to make deal after deal.” Calls to representatives for the couple by The Post were not returned.

The question now is whether to stay married while essentially living separate lives — becoming the Bill and Hillary of hip-hop — or publicly divorce. Ultimately, it will be about the brand. “There’s face-saving involved — they don’t want to be looked at like other celebrities out there,” says the source. “They are business people first, entertainers second. Husband and wife comes somewhere down the line.”

Jadakiss also celebrates the fact that his son’s going to college.

Jadakiss recently revealed plans for his solo effort, Top 5, Dead Or Alive, and The Lox’s We Are The Streets 2.

Top 5, Dead Or Alive will probably drop first because of contractually obligations with Def Jam,” Jadakiss says in an interview with XXL. ”It’s almost finished. Then We Are the Streets 2.”

But that’s not the only reason Jadakiss is smiling right now.

“Things are good,” he says. “I got a son going to college. He’s to Clark Atlanta University. I’m happy. I’m a family man as well as one of the greatest rappers. I’m elevating my life game right now. It’s a beautiful thing because your kids are your best critics. They’re with the core of what’s going on. When they tell you something, they’re giving you they’re honest opinion. That’s the luxury and pleasure of having a 17-year old kid.”

Jadakiss has been talking about Top 5 for years. In 2010, the emcee spoke about how the 1990s were set to inspire the effort.

I try to get as much hip-hop as I can onto my albums. I’m trying to give my next one that real 1990s Hip Hop feel.”

Michelle Phan Lawsuit — YouTube Star Responds To Song-Stealing Suit

7/21/2014 10:55 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0721-michelle-phan-kaskade-tmz-instagram-03Michelle Phan had every right to use the music she had in her wildly famous YouTube makeup videos … because the company that owned the rights said she could … at least her lawyers claim they did.

As TMZ previously reported, Ultra Records — home to EDM giants Deadmau5, Kaskade, Calvin Harris, and many more — sued Phan for copyright infringement … claiming she stole dozens of their songs for her videos.

But Phan’s lawyers tell TMZ … Ultra fully agreed to allow Phan to use the music and feels her videos have promoted their music and “showcased [them] to an international audience.”

Phan’s legal team says Phan plans to file a lawsuit of her own.

For his part, Kaskade has taken to Twitter to defend Phan, writing over a series of tweets … “I’m not suing @MichellePhan + @ultrarecords isn’t my lapdog. I can’t do much about the lawsuit except voice support for her.”

Conor Oberst drops lawsuit rape accuser liar Joanie Faircloth

0721-conor-oberst-getty-01
Bright Eyes singer Conor Oberst is letting the chick who falsely accused him of rape walk away clean — he’s decided to drop his $1.2 million lawsuit.

According to court docs filed Friday … Conor dismissed the suit against Joanie Faircloth 4 days after she finally admitted she made up the whole story.

Incredibly gracious move on Conor’s part … considering he said the bad publicity created by Faircloth’s lie cost him $200K from his publishing company. Not to mention she probably doesn’t have the million bucks.

Conor’s dismissal was filed without prejudice  — which means he could refile if more lies start flying out of Faircloth’s lying liar face.

OUTRAGE IN THE AFTERMATH OF ERIC GARNER’S DEATH

undefined

Monday, July 21, 2014

While the investigation continues into the death of the man who appeared to be held in a chokehold as police attempted to arrest him last week, more outrage is being expressed by Eric Garner’s family and by those who witnessed the events that day.

The mother of Garner’s youngest child, who is just 3 months old, says she can’t bear to watch the videos of the incident.

“It’s murder. It’s murder,” Jewel Miller said.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio today told reporters that – as a layman – he thought a chokehold had been employed by a cop during a controversial caught-on-camera incident on Staten Island on Thursday.

“As an individual who’s not expert in law enforcement, it looked like a chokehold to me. But I also emphasize you have a full investigation because all sides need to be heard and all evidence has to be looked at,” de Blasio told reporters trailing him on vacation in Italy. Audio was provided to reporters in New York by the mayor’s office.

The mayor left on Saturday night, after postponing his departure for a day to deal with the developing firestorm over the death Thursday of Eric Garner, 43. Cops were in the process of busting Garner on suspicion of selling loose cigarettes – called “loosies” – when one came up behind Garner and reached around his neck.

The cop who put his arm around Garner’s neck has been stripped of his shield and gun pending the outcome of probes by the DA and Internal Affairs. Another cop has been reassigned to desk duty but still has his gun and badge. Four EMS workers who responded have also been put on restricted duty while their work is scrutinized.

Garner, an asthmatic, was pronounced dead an hour after his arrest. Authorities said he died of a heart attack, but autopsy results have yet to be released.

“The ambulance was right down the block, but the police said ‘not yet,'” explained Giordio Dano.

Dano just happens to be a registered nurse and was down the block Thursday afternoon when he spotted a commotion on the Staten Island sidewalk.

After a second video surfaced showing Garner’s lifeless body on the ground unaided for several minutes, 4 emergency workers employed by Richmond University Medical Center were also disciplined amid questions about their lack of medical response. It’s not until a few minutes into the second video that a female technician finally takes Garner’s pulse and tells him they’re going to get help.

Dano says he can’t believe what he saw.

“I would have flipped him over, checked his pulse and performed CPR, and get the ambulance here right away,” he said.

The woman who shot the seven minute long video also expressed frustration.

“He was on the ground for a good ten minutes, no response whatsoever. When they put him in the gurney and put him to the side, EMS was stopped right there because they were trying to work on him,” said Taisha Allen.

Witnesses say they pleaded with EMS workers to do more than check Garner’s vital signs.

“We even screamed at them and told them, why are they concerned with putting him in the ambulance when they can do CPR right then and there,” said witness Ramsey Orta. Orta recorded recorded Garner’s arrest and takedown on his cellphone.

Several minutes had gone by before he says Garner was taken away on a gurney.

Previously, the NYPD took the gun and badge away from the officer who placed 43-year old Garner in the apparent chokehold. That Officer Daniel Pantaleo, an 8-year veteran, has been placed on “modified assignment,” pending the outcome of the dual probes by the district attorney and Internal Affairs.

Garner was confronted by police trying to arrest him on suspicion of selling untaxed, loose cigarettes on a Staten Island sidewalk, authorities said. The 6-foot-3, 350-pound Garner became irate, denying the charges and refusing to be handcuffed. A partial video of the encounter obtained by the New York Daily News shows one officer wrap his arm around Garner’s neck as he is taken to the ground.

Asked about the ongoing probe and controversy de Blasio left behind in New York, the mayor said: “There’s an internal process and I respect that process. The fact is that Commissioner (Bill) Bratton acted, having looked at the facts. It’s quite clear the chokehold has been prohibited for decades, but I leave the specific actions within the police department to Commissioner Bratton. I have absolute faith in his judgment. I think the actions that have been taken show that there is a serious commitment to a full investigation.”

Meanwhile, a group of demonstrators, known as “New Yorkers Against Bratton,” held a small protest Monday outside City Hall to call for the resignation of the police commissioner over the death of Garner.

In the video obtained by the Daily News, Garner, who has been arrested for selling illegal cigarettes numerous times in recent years, says he hasn’t done anything wrong.

“Every time you see me, you want to mess with me. I’m tired of it. It stops today,” Garner shouts. “I’m minding my business. Please just leave me alone.”

As four officers bring him down, Garner is heard gasping, “I can’t breathe! I can’t breathe!” The video shows one officer using his hands to push Garner’s face into the sidewalk.

Garner’s family, along with Sharpton and his National Action Network, claim Garner repeatedly said he could not breathe while officers used excessive force to hold him down. Then he fell unconscious. Garner went into cardiac arrest and was transported by EMS to Richmond University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

A funeral for Garner, who went by the nickname Big E, will be held Wednesday at the Bethel Baptist Church in Brooklyn. Another rally on Staten Island is planned for Saturday afternoon.

A makeshift memorial has been set up at the spot in Tompkinsville where Garner was confronted by police.

Bulls use amnesty clause to cut Boozer

CHICAGO (AP) — The Chicago Bulls said goodbye to forward Carlos Boozer on Tuesday, using the amnesty clause to cut the veteran forward after four seasons with the team.

Boozer came to Chicago in a sign-and-trade deal with Utah in July 2010. The two-time All-Star averaged 15.5 points and nine rebounds in 280 games with the Bulls.

He had one season left on a five-year deal worth roughly $75 million. The amnesty clause allows a team to waive one player during the current labor deal and have 100 percent of his salary taken off the cap and the tax. The 6-foot-9 power forward is still owed the money.

“Carlos epitomized professionalism in everything he did for the Bulls both on the court, and in the community, during his time here in Chicago,” general manager Gar Forman said in a release. “Over the last four seasons, Carlos’ productivity helped elevate our team to another level. I have nothing but respect for Carlos, and certainly wish him the best as he moves forward.”

The 32-year-old Boozer took to Twitter to thank the team for his four seasons with Chicago.

The Bulls also waived forward Lou Amundson and guards Ronnie Brewer and Mike James as they continue to clear salary-cap space for the signing of free-agent center Pau Gasol and the first NBA contract for 2011 draft pick Nikola Mirotic.

Chicago made two trades on Monday. It sent forward Anthony Randolph, two second-round draft picks and cash considerations to Orlando for the rights to Milovan Rakovic. It also traded forward Greg Smith to Dallas for the rights to Tadija Dragicevic

Did Fans Burn Down LeBron’s House? Get The Truth Read More: Did Fans Burn Down LeBron’s House? Get The Truth |

When LeBron James told Sports Illustrated’s Lee Jenkins that he was returning to Cleveland, the sports world has been turned upside down. Every Cavs fans is rejoicing like the Messiah suddenly reappeared, while Miami fans are taking the news pretty hard. Monster even wrote a blog about how some Heat fans have been busy burning LeBron jerseys, much like Cleveland fans did four years ago.

One rumor that is starting to gain some steam is that fans burned James’ house down to the ground. The story was posted by the website, CreamBMP, which specializes in writing comedy and satire articles. However, since most people do not go to the bottom of a website to learn about this, they instead share it on social media so it can spread like a wild fire (pardon the pun). The story is hilarious, since some sports fans would probably go to that extreme in order to get revenge on The King. The truth is, James’ $9 million mansion in South Beach is just fine, but it will probably be put up for sale soon.

Dwyane Wade could flee to the Bulls, according to report – SBNation.com

The Chicago Bulls are interested in free agent shooting guard Dwyane Wade if the Chicago native decides to leave the Miami Heat, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.LeBron James’ decision to depart from South Beach and return home to play for the Cleveland Cavaliers is rippling through free agency.

LEBRON GOES HOME

Wade reportedly ‘understands’ James’ decision

The “Big Three” era in Miami has ended, and Wade remains as the lone member with an uncertain future after he opted out of a significant amount of money to allow the Heat more financial flexibility to create a revamped roster for the trio. Chris Bosh will likely sign with the Houston Rockets on a maximum contract after James’ announcement.

The Bulls are still waiting for Carmelo Anthony to make a decision on his future and could start exploring their alternative options. Wade was expected to take a significant pay cut to remain with the Heat, but it’s unclear if he will consider his own options without Bosh and James returning.

Wade met with the Bulls during free agency in 2010 but re-signed with Miami. James and Bosh are both preparing for returns to their home states, and Wade may have the option of doing the same for himself.
